Ferrara Atomic Fireball – Extra Hot Cinnamon Candy

In Quebec, it's called a "casse-gueule" (mouth-breaker). The Atomic Fireball is a cinnamon hard candy ball whose heat gradually increases: the first ten seconds are sweet, then it really burns. Most people spit it out at least once.

Created in 1954 and practically unchanged since, it's an old-fashioned candy that grandparents recognize at first glance.
