A bright, slightly tart lemon. This is the most refreshing flavor in the Gilliam range: less sweet than cherry, with a hint of acidity that awakens the mouth.

Cooked in copper cauldrons using a method unchanged since 1927. The stick melts slowly, making it one of the most profitable candies in the store at $1.29.
