Gilliam – Old Fashioned Peppermint Stick

The red and white striped candy cane that hangs on the Christmas tree. Gilliam has been making these old-fashioned hard candy canes since 1927, cooked in small batches in copper kettles. The peppermint is fresh, slightly tangy, with no aftertaste.

Individually wrapped, it keeps for a long time and serves as much for decoration as for a treat — in a Christmas stocking, on a dessert table, or stirred into hot chocolate.
