Wonka Runts – Fruit-Shaped Hard Candies

Miniature hard candy fruits, one flavor per shape. Runts are recognizable by their molded shapes: banana, strawberry, orange, grape, and peach heart. Each shape has its own taste, and everyone has a favorite; the banana is particularly polarizing.

Created under the Wonka brand and now manufactured by Ferrara Candy, they are among the American candies that Quebecers discover while traveling and then look for here.

• Shapes: five fruits, each with its own flavor
• Texture: crunchy hard candy, not gummy
• Brand: Wonka, manufactured by Ferrara Candy Co.
